For those of you who haven't heard, The Braves will move to a new ballpark in Atlanta for the 2017 season. The cost of the stadium is an estimate of $672 million. It will sit 41,000 fans and have its own parking lot of 30,000 spots. People won't have MARTA available to them, but they are discussing shuttle buses that will transport fans to and from downtown.

President John Schuerholz is very excited about the transition, he believes it will give fans a more comfortable experience and increase the amount of fans that come out to the ball games.

What do you think? Do you think it's a great move for the team and fans? Do you know believe that the park will affect the homes in Cobb County negatively or positively? I have noticed interesting trends in regards to cities that move stadiums within or out of state. Please share your thoughts.
